I am located about 3 miles East of Dungarvan Town, in the village of Ballinroad.
COMING FROM DUNGARVAN, drive along the N25 towards Waterford City. About 2 miles outside Dungarvan take the right turn sign-posted for Clonea Beach. Follow this road till you pass the entrance to Dungarvan Golf Club (on your right). Take the next left turn into the village of Ballinroad. Follow this road through the village till you come to a cross-roads beside a church. Turn left here. About 200 yards along this road there is a left turn. Pauline's house is the last one on the left before this turn.
COMING FROM WATERFORD, follow the N25 towards Dungarvan. About 3 miles outside Dungarvan you will pass over the crest of a hill (known as the Pike) and then there is a hair-pin bend with a 60kph speed-limit. About a mile after this bend there is a left turn sign-posted for Clonea Beach. From here follow the directions above.
